The event explores the poetic gesture of bringing memories from nature back into the urban environment: a symbolic “omiage” from the countrysie, carried into the city.
Rooted in the idea of memory, displacement, and emotional residue, the experience is shaped around tactile materials, textures, and atmospheres that evoke the slowness of summer, its silences, warmth, and temporal softness, now reframed within a metropolitan context.
The dinner becomes a curated landscape of decontextualized fragments: natural, raw elements once belonging to an open, wild setting are gently transplanted into the city, reinterpreted through objects, recipes, and atmospheres.
The concept draws from the idea of the souvenir not just as an object, but as a carrier of emotional meaning. Something personal, layered, and intimate.
